Promotion to the Advanced Category

To be promoted from Intermediate Division to Advanced Division in a category, a member must do ALL of the following in one year:

a) enter at least 60% of the in that category
b) receive at least one Honorable Mention in that category
c) receive a minimum of 216 points throughout that category
